Quality of products which we use is inspected in three stages:
- Quality control on the supplier side
- We check each ingredient when it is delivered to the production site
- We inspect products while cooking
At each stage, all products undergo strict selection and sorting. If suddenly a product does not meet the standards and regulations - it is removed from cooking and replaced.
We cook in a high-tech production site organized in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system. The compliance with EU standards is confirmed annually.
The quality of each dish fully complies with the current nutrition standards and is confirmed by certificates.
